You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the Services.
By using the Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.
3. Accounts & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
Accounts may not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, or resold.
The Calm Canine Method™ LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, suspected misuse, unauthorized sharing, chargebacks, abusive behavior, or unlawful activity.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the website, Services, or content:

- To upload malicious code, malware, or harmful software

5. Payments & Membership Subscriptions
By purchasing any Service, you authorize The Calm Canine Method™ LLC and its payment processors to charge your payment method for all applicable fees and recurring subscription charges.
- Membership subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
- Failure to cancel before renewal will result in charges for the next billing period.
- Failed or declined payments may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
- You agree to provide current and accurate billing information.
6. Pricing & Service Modifications
Prices, memberships, courses, and Services may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
The Calm Canine Method™ LLC shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, discontinuation, pricing change, or removal of Services.
7. Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the digital nature of the Services, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with the Services
- Failure to achieve desired results
- Lack of use or participation
- Failure to cancel a membership before renewal
- Change of mind
- Incompatibility with your dog or circumstances
Access to digital content constitutes full delivery of the product.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.
If a chargeback or dispute occurs:
- Access to all Services may be immediately revoked
- Your account may be permanently banned
- The Calm Canine Method™ LLC reserves the right to recover associated fees, costs, damages, and legal expenses
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, methods, course materials, graphics, videos, downloads, worksheets, PDFs, text, logos, and other materials are the exclusive property of The Calm Canine Method™ LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, share, upload, resell, sublicense, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
10. Community Conduct
You agree not to engage in harassment, abuse, threats, hate speech, intimidation, defamatory conduct, discrimination, or disruptive behavior within any community or Service associated with The Calm Canine Method™ LLC.
The Company reserves the right to remove content, suspend participation, or terminate access without refund for violations.

No guarantees are made regarding behavior outcomes, training success, or results.
Results vary based on factors including consistency, environment, genetics, health, history, handler implementation, and individual circumstances.
15. Dog Training & Behavioral Risk
Working with dogs involves inherent risk, including but not limited to bites, scratches, falls, property damage, escalation of behavior, and unpredictable outcomes.
You are solely responsible for:
- Your dog’s behavior and supervision
- Your handling decisions
- Your environment and safety precautions
- Determining whether recommendations are appropriate for your situation
The Calm Canine Method™ LLC is not liable for injuries, damages, losses, or outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of the Services.
16. In-Person & Coaching Services
For in-person sessions, coaching, consultations, or live participation, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
The Calm Canine Method™ LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time for safety concerns or inappropriate conduct.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The Calm Canine Method™ LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or availability of the Services.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Indiana law, The Calm Canine Method™ LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use of the Services.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to The Calm Canine Method™ LLC during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Calm Canine Method™ LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, volunteers, service providers, successors, and assigns from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from:

- Your dog’s behavior
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your infringement of intellectual property or legal rights
- Your conduct or participation
20. Termination
These Terms remain effective unless terminated by either you or The Calm Canine Method™ LLC.
The Company may terminate or suspend access immediately without notice for violations of these Terms, misuse, unlawful conduct, chargebacks, harassment, or disruptive behavior.
Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive termination.
21. Force Majeure
The Calm Canine Method™ LLC shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including technical failures, outages, natural disasters, illness, acts of God, internet interruptions, platform failures, or governmental actions.
22. Waiver
Failure by The Calm Canine Method™ LLC to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nevertheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with any policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Calm Canine Method™ LLC regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Hamilton County, Indiana.
26. Changes to Terms
The Calm Canine Method™ LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Services following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
